Multi Formings
These are springs or shaped products made by cutting, bending, rolling, and crushing metal materials of a certain width using a multi-forming machine. Cutting and multiple bends can be completed in a single process.
With Advanex, production uses slit materials based on the product width, reducing scrap, being environmentally friendly, and cutting costs. Using special materials like semi-round or ear slit allows for burr-free production. Additionally, complex component processing (such as caulking and joining) is possible. Furthermore, by linking press machines and forming production, labor can be reduced.
